Thank you for that. I always felt I didn't fit in with Boomers. Way too tech savvy, wrong music, etc. I'm going to do more reading.

What I feel is missing here is how "cheated" we were. Things were going to be awesome! Women would be equal any minute now, we were going to the moon, technology was going to save us, farms where going organic, we started recycling, in the US we were going to join the rest of the world in using the metric system. But a lot of that got slapped down. We're still fighting for all those things that were just about to become a normal way of life.

Is it just me, or is disillusionment part of the Generation Jones experience?
